TT MOBILITY
TT Mobility is an independent wheelchair, posture and mobility service. Our
aim is to provide cost effective services and equipment provision, based on
sound clinical assessment recommendations and with the client's needs at the
centre of the decision process.
We have been operating from our base in Waterlooville, Portsmouth for 10
years and have both a clinical and technical department with experienced staff.
The clinical department is led by an experienced physiotherapist and, in
conjunction with a product design engineer, conducts assessment and evaluation
to provide seating and wheelchair solutions that can be customised as necessary
to meet individual requirements. Both these staff have undertaken a post graduate
course in posture management for people with complex needs.
The technical department undertakes the setting up of new chairs and seating,
including the making of custom moulded seating. They also undertake servicing
and repairs to the full range of mobility equipment and accessories, as well
as modifications to equipment as required.
As a company we have accounts with all the major manufacturers of wheelchairs,
seating, aids and equipment. We are able to select from a portfolio of products
that can be interfaced together to make each wheelchair and seat unique for
our clients
We have two assessment rooms and a fully equipped workshop on site and can
cater for all levels of mobility and complexity. Pressure mapping is used
as part of our assessment and supply process. Where required we work with
other agencies and healthcare professionals as part of a multi-disciplinary
team approach to care.
